Inch Carriage Bolt Grade 2 5 or Stainless Steel 304 316 or BrassChat Now
Carriage bolts (also descriptively called round head square neck bolts) generally feature a broad, shallow round head and threading along part of the carriage bolt shank, and is inserted into pre-drilled holes. The square under the head keeps the carriage bolt from turning as the nut is tightened.
The carriage bolts are divided into half round head wagon bolts (corresponding to standard gb/t14 and DIN603) and small semicircle head wagon bolts (corresponding to standard gb/t12-85). Carriage bolts, a class of fasteners consisting of two parts of the head and screw (cylindrical body with external thread), shall be fitted with nuts for fastening two parts with through holes.
In general, bolts are used to connect two objects, usually through a light hole, with a nut (nut) to use, a single connection. Tools are generally used with wrenches. The head is more than six horns first, generally larger. The wagon bolts are applied in the groove, the square neck is stuck in the groove during the installation process, which can prevent the bolt from turning, and the wagon bolt can move in the groove in parallel. As the head of the carriage bolts is round, there is no cross groove or hexagon, such as the use of power tool design, in the actual connection process can also play the role of anti-theft.
